What this website collects

The website has no accounts, no shopping cart and no online payments. It doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of its own.

The enquiry forms don't send or store your details on this website. When you submit a form, your browser opens WhatsApp with a message containing what you typed: your name, mobile number, the products you're interested in and your message. Nothing is sent until you press Send in WhatsApp.

When you contact the store

If you send a WhatsApp message, call or email, the store receives the details you choose to share. They are used to:

• reply to your enquiry
• tell you about the products you asked about
• arrange your purchase or visit

Your details aren't sold or shared with anyone for marketing.

WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Phone calls and emails are handled by the relevant telephone and email providers.

Hosting

Like most websites, the hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.

Links to other websites

The website links to Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can ask the store what information it holds from your enquiries, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, using the contact details above.

Changes

This policy will be updated if the website changes how it handles information. See also the photo credits.
